Shipping policy

I just placed my order, now what?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an automatic confirmation via email, along with your order number. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a follow-up email with a tracking code. Please note that our warehouse only processes orders Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship as fast as possible. Orders are fetched instantaneously. Please allow 1-2 business days to pick and process your order for shipment. Once shipped, customers typically receive their orders in 5-7 business days (standard shipping) depending on their location.

Custom prescriptions require more time and may take 2-4 weeks.
